Teen Wolf fans were finally introduced to Marie-Jeanne Valet during episode 5×18 properly titled “Maid of Gévaudan.” Now there is an outcry from fans for  MTV to do a spinoff on Marie-Jeanne and we are right there with them. 

We were with heavy hearts as Crystal Reed made her return as Maire-Jeanne Valet. Crystal Reed was previously known for her fan beloved role as Allison Argent. The fearless huntress that was surprisingly killed off in season 3b and the first love of Scott McCall. Crystal Reed’s exit from Teen Wolf was bittersweet and fans mourned the loss of Allison through social media. Some fans went as far as posting crying videos on youtube and getting tattoos of an arrow in memory of Allison Argent.

Making her debut as Marie-Jeanne Valet brought new life to Teen Wolf.  It tied in the folklore and storyline that takes place back in season 1 like when Allison Argent learns of her family’s history of being hunters and that her ancestor killed The Béte (Beast of Gévaudan). 

Now fans and viewers are treated to the story of Marie-Jeanne Valet which left us wanting more. Sure her story (for now) has ended, but Jeff Davis has left the door open for a spinoff. The spinoff can tell the tale of The Maid of Gévadaun in the 1700’s taking down supernatural creatures that plague her hometown and her legacy.

Also to add, Teen Wolf just started production of Season 6. This could be the end of the road for some of our favorites as senior year will come to a close, and cast members have expressed their desire to expand their horizons.
