February is here and so are some lovely shows and movies to fall in love with. So skip the traditional Hallmark holiday blues and snuggle up with these shows.

Firefly Lane (Netflix) January 3rd

Based on the bestselling novel by Kristin Hannah, follow the story of two childhood neighbors Tully (portrayed by Katherine Heigl) and Kate (portrayed by Sarah Chalke) meet as young girls on Firefly Lane and become inseparable best friends through 30 years of ups and downs. So grab your BBF, some treats, and a blanket for a movie night in.

Malcom & Marie (Netflix) February 5th

This is not a love story or is it? Follow the ups and downs of love with filmmaker Malcolm (John David Washington) and his girlfriend Marie (Zendaya), return home from a movie premiere and await his film’s critical response, the evening takes a turn as revelations about their relationship surface, testing the couple’s love.

The Equalizer (CBS) February 7th

Sometimes one needs to escape the fluff to watch strong female series with representation that is needed. This reimagining of the classic Equalizer stars Queen Latifah as Robyn McCall, an enigmatic woman with a mysterious background who uses her extensive skills to help those with nowhere else to turn.

To All the Boys: Always and Forever (Netflix) February 12th

Just in time for Valentine’s day, To All the Boys series sends their final love letter. Lara Jean Covey (portrayed by Lana Condor) prepares for the end of high school and the start of adulthood, a pair of life-changing trips lead her to reimagine what life with her family, friends, and Peter (Noah Centineo) will look like after graduation. This fluff of an adaptive series will leave fans feeling a little heartbroken as we are not ready to say goodnight.

Superman & Lois (The CW) February 23rd

A modern take on one of the most popular superheroes in the DC franchise gets a more “fatherly” look. Breaking free from the origin story-telling mold, Superman & Lois explore their greatest challenges ever– dealing with being working parents in today’s society. Furthermore, complicating the already daunting job of raising two boys, Clark (portrayed by Tyler Hoechiln) and Lois (portrayed by Bitsie Tulloch) worry about whether their sons, Jonathan and Jordan, could inherit their father’s Kryptonian superpowers as they grow older.
