The teaser starts off with shots of a vacant New York City skyline. If you look closely at the scene with the Statue of Liberty. You can see that there are various ships docked beside the iconic monument. Perhaps those that have survived are seeking refugee in New York City? Or the scenes allude to the emptiness on Earth after Thanos’s infamous snap.

Next, there is imagery of a support group as a poster appears reading: “Where do we go, not that they’re gone?” Once again if you look closely you will see an elderly man wearing a military hat depicted in the poster. Throwing back to the idea of a Military Veteran’s support group. Hence the next shot of Captain America (Steve Rogers) appearing to attend the support group. The same support group that was offered to him by Falcon (Sam Wilson) in the Winter Soldier film.

However, not everyone is gone. As the next scene is of Tony Stark and Nebula. The two are working together on what appears to be of the vessel seen in the previous trailer. Maybe their hard work brings them back to Earth? As the next scene has Black Widow, Captain America, Hulk, and War Machine on the lawn of the new Avengers HQ looking up into the sky.

Another potential Easter Egg is of Rocket as he dawns new gear in the teaser. Fans are quick to speculate that Rocket could be playing with time-based on the new look. Or perhaps Rocket is simply in Wakanda with Thor.

Lastly, there is the image of Captain America with dirty and bloody fingers strapping down his new shield. The quick scene is probably the most powerful image of the teaser. As this could be the last time Capitan America suits up for one last stand!
