Let’s be honest, the first two teasers left fans dismayed, to say the least. However, Disney and their production team have not taken things lightly about fan perception and they may have won over skeptic fans in the official trailer for, Aladdin.

As speculated before in a previous article, Disney and the production team have been testing the responses of fans. Knowing that the animated film is beloved by many. The pressure to get things right has been almost an impossible magic carpet ride. However, Disney and the production team has finally given fans a proper Genie aesthetic. Hopefully, we can wish away the haunting Genie from that Grammy teaser. As the new changes bring the charm, magic, and fun to Will Smith’s rendition of Genie.

While Genie has been revived in the trailer there is still one character that lacks magic, Jafar. Fans find the voice and overall approach by Marwan Kenzari lacking the villainous charm of the animated counterpart. Maybe there are some unseen treats that will appease fans (begger/old man Jafar) in the live action. But we are not holding our breath as perhaps Jafar aesthetic this film is being a “hot” villain.
